Yesterday, we partnered with the Zara Charitable Foundation and donated 300 backpacks filled with school supplies to The Children’s Church of  Tabernacle of Emmanuel Full Gospel Assemblies in Woodhaven, NY. It was such a humbling experience to be there to personally hand over some of the backpacks and chat with these amazing children and parents. While we were there, a representative for Mayor Bill DeBlasio’s took the opportunity to present us with recognition awards stamped and sealed by the mayor himself. We are so appreciative and thankful for these awards and will treat them as a reminder that we do this work in the tradition of our late founder who always encouraged us to do good and be good.
